Scope of this policy
This policy applies to paid analytics workshops and consulting engagements purchased directly from Schema Workhub. Pricing on this website is informational; no payment or checkout takes place here. A signed proposal may set more specific terms, which take precedence where they differ.
Before work starts
Unless a proposal states otherwise, a client may cancel in writing within 7 calendar days after accepting a proposal for a full refund of amounts paid, provided no workshop, data review, reserved specialist work or other agreed delivery has begun. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Work already started
Once work begins, completed hours, workshops, analysis and deliverables are non-refundable. A partial refund may be available for the unused part of a prepaid engagement after deducting completed work, committed third-party costs and any non-refundable deposit clearly identified in the proposal. Custom data preparation or purchased materials approved for the engagement are non-refundable.
Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows
Please give at least 3 business days' notice to reschedule a workshop without a rescheduling fee. Later changes may incur the reasonable cost of reserved time. If attendees do not join within 30 minutes and have not contacted us, the session may be treated as delivered. One reasonable reschedule is normally offered where illness, emergency or service disruption makes attendance impractical.
Deposits and our cancellation
A proposal may require a deposit to reserve capacity. Its refundable portion will be stated before acceptance. If Schema Workhub cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, we will refund amounts paid for undelivered work, including the related deposit.
Requesting a refund
Email hello@schema-workhub.digital with the company name, proposal reference, reason and payment details needed to identify the transaction. We will acknowledge the request and normally decide it within 10 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post them.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law. Contact us promptly if delivered work materially differs from the agreed written scope so we can assess correction, replacement work or an appropriate refund.
