What we collect
When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, work email, area of interest, message and any correspondence that follows. We may also receive limited technical records needed to secure and operate the site, such as request time, browser information and IP address.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, assess service fit, prepare a requested proposal and maintain related business records. Essential technical data supports site security and reliability. Optional aggregate analytics is used only where you choose to allow it.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers that host or support our communications under appropriate instructions, and may disclose information where law requires it. Enquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, legal obligations and legitimate business records, then deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
Subject to applicable Malaysian law, you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or raise a concern. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful use and some records may need to be retained by law.
Security and international handling
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information involved. No internet transmission is completely secure. If a provider handles data outside Malaysia, we assess suitable protections as required for that arrangement.
